Graduates earn 14 degrees, certificates from City Vision University


About 64.3 percent of the 14 degrees and certificates handed out by the City Vision University in 2016-17 were to students in Health Professions and Related Programs programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in City conferred 8 bachelor's degrees and 1 certificates in Health Professions and Related Programs programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling. Data shows the school gave out 8 bachelor's degrees in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling, followed by 4 bachelor's degrees in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management and 1 certificates in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling.

The university enrolled 137 students for 2016-17, including 132 in undergraduate programs and 5 in graduate programs.
