Gideon, Missouri had a population of 1,158 people in 2017, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Missouri Business Daily.

The median age was 41, with 52.3 percent of the total population being female and 47.7 percent male.

The state’s total population in 2017 was 6,075,300.
